Tapa Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches
Like it spicy? You can add a tablespoon of wasabi to the garlic mayonnaise to turn up the heat.

Hi! My name is Catherine Lily, and I’m the creator of Recipe Recommendations. This site was created for you to have a resource of countless quality recipes at your fingertips.
Well I’m from Galicia and we never see tapas like any of these! You flatter us Spanish indeed. You are more likely to get some cheap olives or crisps or peanuts or at the most some greasy chorizo or boiled flavourless lentils.
I love the way you Brits romanticise the food here in Spain! You all cook it so much better than we do LOL! When Spaniards travel to the UK we love the way you anglicize our droll fare and make it edible and tasty. Thanks for the lie. Keep up the myth. It’s good for our tourism!

I have just spent two weeks walking the Camino in Galicia. The tapas or pinchos were estupendo. Boquerones, Jamon, Tortilla, etc – wonderful. Pan tostada, ajo, tomate y aceite de oliva con vasos de cafe con leche. Eat your heart out !
